You may return any item for any reason with in 60 days of purchase. To return an item please follow the below instructions.

Return Process:

For registered users:


To return all or part of your order please complete the following steps.

1. Log into your account on the USTA Shop website.
2. Find the order with items you wish to return.
3. Click the Return Items? link
4. Complete the return request form. If you are requesting an exchange please note the item you would like in the comments field. At this time we offer size exchanges only.

If you are unable to complete this process please call or email us and we will assist you.

Once your return has been approved you will receive return instructions and regular status updates via email.

Returns are generally approved daily.

We currently only offer size exchanges. If you would like a different item we recommend selecting store credit and then ordering the item you would like.

All items must be in new, unused condition and have all original tags and/or packaging.

Custom items may not be returned unless defective or misprinted.


Return Processing Times:

All return items will be inspected before your refund or exchange is processed. Returns are processed in 5 to 10 business days from the date we receive the return at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed please allow for the following.

Order Cancellations - 24 to 48 hours to process and post back to your account.

Refunds - 3 to 5 business for the money to post back to your account

Store Credit - 1 business day for your account to be credited

Exchange - 1 to 2 business days for the new item to be shipped to you


Return Shipping is your responsibility. Please use an established shipping service that offers tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for miss or undelivered returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

For damaged or incorrect items, we will exchange the item at no cost to you. Damaged and defective items must be returned within 30 days of the order's ship date. For damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible after you have received your order. We will start a ticket and, if possible, replace your item immediately. If you would prefer a refund, you will need to return the item to us first.
