At the Official USTA Shop we offer several options for shipping.

Please note times listed here are for shipping transit times only and in addition to fulfillment times, which can range from same day up to 3 business days depending on the time of year and item(s) ordered.

Shipping Options and Transit Times:

Most orders are shipped via UPS and you have the following shipping method to choose from.

Standard Delivery - 3 to 10 business days. Orders shipped standard delivery will ship either UPS Ground or USPS priority mail and arrive in 3 to 10 business days from the date shipped.

2nd day - 2 to 3 business days. Orders shipped 2nd day will ship via the UPS 2nd service and arrive in 2 business days from the date shipped. There may be rare instances where this service takes 3 days depending on the destination.

Overnight - 1 business day. Orders will ship via UPS overnight and arrive in 1 business day from the date shipped.

Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking details letting you know when to expect arrival of your package.

In store pick up:

We do not currently offer on-site pick of web orders

International Shipping:

We offer shipping to many destinations worldwide and all APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International orders are shipped via USPS and you can select either priority or express shipping.

International Priority - 7 to 20 Business Days

International Express - 5 to 10 Business Days

Please note these are best guess estimates and orders may arrive sooner or later depending on the customs processes of the destination address.

The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees that may be incurred and these are not charged at the time of purchase.

Fulfillment Times:

Due to the fact that all orders are shipped from the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center fulfillment times can vary from same day, to up to 3 business days, based on the event schedule. In most cases orders are shipped the next business day.

Custom items and drop ship items have additional processing times as noted on the product page.

Lost, Stolen or Incorrectly addressed packages. The Official USTA Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen or incorrectly addressed packages unless the fault is ours. If you live in an area with a history of missing packages please ask for signature confirmation.
